About Coin Flipper

Is it really 50/50?

Yes โ€” each flip uses one cryptographically random bit (heads if itโ€™s 1, tails if 0). A real physical coin is slightly biased toward the side facing up when flipped, but a fair digital coin avoids that.

Convergence

With small numbers of flips, percentages can be wild โ€” 7 heads out of 10 is common. Around 100 flips youโ€™ll usually be within ยฑ10%. By 10,000 flips, youโ€™re within fractions of a percent of 50% almost every time.

Use as decider

For binary choices, flip once. For unbiased decisions between A and B, agree on the mapping ahead of time. For more options, use the Random Choice Picker.
