Quick reference for cooking

Temperature formulas
Celsius ↔ Fahrenheit
°F = °C × 9/5 + 32 · °C = (°F − 32) × 5/9. The two scales coincide at −40°.
Kelvin
K = °C + 273.15. Kelvin uses the same step size as Celsius but starts at absolute zero, the theoretical lowest temperature.
Rankine
°R = °F + 459.67. It's to Fahrenheit what Kelvin is to Celsius — an absolute scale using Fahrenheit-sized degrees.
