How sharing works
The event details are encoded in the URL fragment (after #). Nothing is stored server-side. Anyone with the URL sees the same countdown counting down to the same moment.
Time zone caveat
The countdown uses each viewer\u2019s local time zone to display "now". If your event is in a specific zone, mention it in the event name.
Use cases
Wedding countdown for guests, project launch countdown for team, vacation countdown for kids, fundraiser deadline. Anywhere multiple people watch the same date.
