Calendar & Reminders
Add action items to any day, tick them off, and set a reminder time. If a task for today is still undone past its reminder, you'll see an alert. Switch between month and week views — everything saves in your browser, and a single click exports the lot to an .ics file your phone or desktop calendar can alarm on.
How to use it
Add an action item
Click any day in the grid to select it, type your task in the box below, optionally pick a reminder time, and hit Add. Items show up right inside the calendar.
Mark done & remove
Tick the checkbox next to a task to mark it done (it gets struck through). Use the ✕ to remove it. Change the reminder time anytime.
Reminders
If a task dated today is still undone and the current time is past its reminder, a banner appears at the top. Tasks left undone on past days show as overdue. Enable notifications to also get a browser pop-up while the tab is open.
Send it to your real calendar
⬇ Download .ics writes every action item to a standard iCalendar file. Items with no reminder time come out as all-day events; items with one come out at that time and carry an alarm, so Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook can ring you whether or not this page is open. The file is built right here in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
Bring events in
📥 Import .ics reads a calendar file off your device and turns each event into an action item on its date. Timed events keep their start time as the reminder, all-day events arrive without one, and anything you already have on the same day with the same text is skipped. You'll see a count of what was added.
About this planner
Is my data private?
Yes — action items are stored only in your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded unless you create a share link to copy your calendar elsewhere.
Month vs week view
Month view gives you the big picture; week view gives each day more room for its items. Use the arrows to move through time and Today to jump back.
Will reminders fire if the tab is closed?
The in-page banner and browser notifications only run while the tab is open — that's the trade-off for a planner with no account and no server. For alarms that survive a closed tab, hit ⬇ Download .ics and open the file in your usual calendar app: every reminder time is exported as a real calendar alarm, so you no longer have to retype items into your phone.
