About Meeting Agenda Builder
How long should meetings be
Default to 25 or 50 minutes instead of 30/60. Forces tighter focus and leaves transition time between meetings. For status updates, aim for under 15 minutes.
Send the agenda first
No agenda = no meeting. Send the agenda 24 hours ahead so people prep. Without one, attendees often spend the first 10 minutes asking "why are we here?".
Use a parking lot
When a topic goes off-track, write it in a "parking lot" list for later. Don\u2019t let one tangent eat 20 minutes of a 30-minute meeting.
