About Eisenhower Matrix Planner
Quadrant philosophy
Covey emphasizes Q2 (Important, Not Urgent) is where high-impact work lives โ planning, relationships, learning. Most people overweight Q1 firefighting and underinvest in Q2.
Don\u2019t over-delegate Q3
Q3 tasks (urgent but unimportant) feel productive but burn time. Delegate if possible. If you must do them, batch and rush; don\u2019t perfect.
Trap: declaring everything important
If everything is a 9, nothing is. Force-rank tasks so most are 4-7. Reserve 9-10 for things that genuinely change outcomes.
